Our History

The company Swabhumi Constructions and Estate Developers Pvt Ltd was incorporated in the year 2004. Prior to this, the 2 key persons of the company have individually developed multiple projects on their own capacity. In 2004, the 2 key persons decided to jointly move forward and formed the company Swabhumi Constructions and Estate Developers Pvt Ltd. The 2 directors have experience of over 30 years which they have utilized to create dream homes for society. The company believes in creating strong and everlasting relationship with their customers and based on that the company is maintaining a very good relationship with all its customers.

The 2 directors have completed more than 30 projects in their individual capacity and after formation of the company, mostly at the northern part of Kolkata. The company is in operation for constructing luxury and semi-luxury apartments
